However, the arms race berween the two superpowers, the United States and the Soviet Union, has extended to the moon and Mars.
Boys and Girl who members of "Cosmic Culture Club" arrived at that Mars base.
4 unidentified come weapons appeared near the base, exchanging fires.
They are the S.P.T. Layzner piloted by Eiji and other S.P.T.s of the chasing unit headed Gail and others.
Involved in the fierce batter, the base gets destroyed in matter of minutes by flying beams.
Some childlen was survive.
Eiji telling them, "Earth is at stake ..."
